Shipping and Returns

Currently we ship within the United States and territories including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Unfortunatley because of restrictions on shipping plants to other countries we do not ship internationally at this time.

We typically ship orders within two business days with the exception of holidays and Sundays. Plant safety is important to us, so we will delay shipping due to bad weather or other situations that could cause packages to sit in unsafe conditions.

Once we process your order and print a shipping label, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also find it by logging into your account and clicking ‘orders’. Here you can see all of your placed orders and the status that they are in.

We ship through the USPS. If you have any concerns or would like to ship through a different service email us at contact@bromeliadparadise.com.

We ship our packages based on pre-calculated USPS rates. Those prices are determined by the number of plants in your order and their sizes.

As long as we haven’t printed the label for the first order yet, we can combine shipping for you. You will have to pay for shipping like normal on your second order, but if you email us at contact@plumeriatropicals.com and let us know you have multiple orders, we will comine the orders and refund you the difference.

Although we specialize in internet sales, our nursery is open by appointment and we love to see new guests drop by. If you would like to stop by to buy plants or to just tour the nursery, please call and make an appointment at: (239) 450-4826

We will hold orders for up to 1 month. If you would like us to ship it on or after a specific date, just let us know by either emailing us at contact@bromeliadparadise.com or in your order notes, which can be found under your shipping address on the checkout page.

We use Paypal as our payment processor. This means you can use major credit cards, debit cards, or your Paypal account. Credit cards can be processed on our website or through the Paypal website.

No we do not accept checks.

Plant Health and Care

It depends on the plants and what we have available. We will usually have fresh cuttings available first. If a variety is suited to root, we may have rooted cuttings available, or you can sign up to receive a notification when one is available, and we will begin to root one. All cuttings are available to be grafted as long as we have root stock available. Again, sign up to receive a notification if out of stock and we will will begin grafting a cutting if one is available.

All pictures on the website are taken of the actual blooms of our trees. You will receive a cutting from that tree.

Fresh cuttings are shipped without soil. Rooted and grafted cutting may be shipped with soil depending on what state they are being shipped to. If they cannot be shipped with soil, we prune the roots and wrap them paper to keep them dry.

Yes. In fact many growers winterize their plumeria by removing them from the ground or pots and store them in a dry space like a garage or laundry room. Come spring they are replanted and begin to grow again.

Yes. Cuttings can get dehydrated from being wrapped up but this helps prevent any rot from forming. Once they are planted or begin to root they will plump up again.

Please understand that we are a small family owned nursery. We try to respond to everyone within 24 hours but sometimes it may take longer because of limited resources. If you do not hear back within 3 days please try contacting us again.
