We pride ourselves on only sending plants that we ourselves would want to receive. This means they will be a good size and healthy without damage. If you aren't satisfied with the plants you receive, just send them back and we will either refund your order or offer an exchange.
30 Day Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, you must return your plant in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, contact our site for return authorization and proof of purchase, we will provide all of the information for shipping the plant(s) back to us. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned that is outside the scope of this policy.
Exchanges
We will replace any plants that are defective or damaged upon receiving them due to our error. We are not responsible for damage due to mishandled shipping and any complaints should be taken to USPS. We will do our best to replace them with the same plants, but because of limited supply, if we do not have the plant available we will replace it with one of the same or similar value. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Paradise Tropicals Nursery Attn: Returns 13985 Collier Blvd. Naples, FL 34119. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
